“He was good, you could feel he had a background in music… it felt almost poetic or like a song. I loved it xx – from Emma ”
The perfect journey to help your mind, body and soul, relax and rejuvenate.
Intentional exposure to a sound bath brings an enhanced awareness of senses which can be applied to everyday life challenges and pleasures.
A gong bath works out emotional issues and physical blockages that we need to release in order to move forward in life.
This is an 8,000 thousand year old practice that utilizes wave forms and frequencies similar to that of our own physiology. Gong Bath Meditations alter brain wave patterns from the Beta (waking state) to Theta & Delta (meditative) states. Science teaches that meditative brain frequencies enable us to access our deeper subconscious and superconscious, which are key states for healing.
After consultations with me, we build a mutual trust where we can formulate your personal journey. Contact me now for one2one/couples in my home or group bookings. Take a look at my gong baths page for current group bookings.
To qualify as a gong and sound healing therapist I trained under Martyn Cawthorne and the Northern School of Sound-smiths to qualify with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and i am insured through Westminster to practice as an Holistic therapist. I take great pride in bringing my wealth of experience from being a musician and community artist with compassion to each and every session. Whether it is a one to one or group session, I will take my lead from you or the atmosphere in the room and transport you on a relaxing sound-scape journey that will bring inner calm and rejuvenate energy levels.
“I didn’t know where I was, who I was or what I was doing but I felt safe, content and energised.
The sound journey was amazing, my whole body tingled and could feel the sound moving through it.
The sound took over me and I felt part of it. I felt disembodied – my arms floated off in the sound”.
“It was pretty mind blowing, took me to some very peaceful places as well as some darker places but I just went back to my breath as you said. The after effects were lovely I felt subtly energised and elated which lasted for a few days.”
“After the session ended I felt extremely relaxed and emotionally grounded and had the best nights slept for a long time.
This feeling of grounding has been persistent since the session and helped me make more informed logical decisions rather than feeling overwhelmed emotional and sometimes lost.
I would highly recommend anyone trying this experience.”
“Hi Craig, great meeting you too! I felt great, I had a bit of a strange experience in that I’d been getting a bit of a nagging earache for a few weeks prior to seeing you, then later that night it got really intense & then it’s disappeared & hasn’t returned!”
